The following standard preparation and project services are included with the selected painting scope.
The selected scope is estimated at approximately three working days under normal site conditions. The actual schedule may vary if additional preparation or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
The homeowner is responsible for having the approved finish paint available before painting begins. 800 Handy will confirm the recommended quantity, color and sheen before purchase.
Pricing assumes walls and selected surfaces are in normal paintable condition and the project requires one coat using the same or a similar color.
Major drywall repairs, water damage, mold remediation, extensive texture repairs, stain blocking, major color changes, additional coats, cabinetry and work outside the selected scope are not included. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before it is performed.
A 25% booking payment approves the estimate and reserves the project date. A second 25% payment is due on the first scheduled day before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and final walkthrough.
