All agreed walls will be prepared and painted white with Sherwin Williams ProMar interior paint. One finish coat is included following the required preparation and repairs.

Nails and screws will be removed where required, normal holes will be patched, and walls will receive light sanding and correction of minor surface imperfections. Full skim coating of all apartment walls is not included.

Popcorn ceilings will receive one coat of flat ceiling paint. Localized skim coating and surface correction are included for the second bedroom ceiling and entrance hallway ceiling before painting.

Existing baseboards will be prepared, recaulked where required and painted. The identified missing baseboard section will be replaced with the closest reasonably available matching profile, then caulked and painted.

Eight interior doors are included, including the mirrored double door. Both sides, corresponding frames and applicable trim will be painted. Removable hardware will be removed where required and reinstalled after painting.

Kitchen wall areas, bathroom wall areas and both identified closet interiors are included. The previously identified ceiling area around the bathroom mirror will also receive preparation and correction before painting.

The damaged wall area discovered after removal of the bookshelf will be patched, finished, sanded, prepared and painted to blend with the surrounding wall. This repair was added to the painting agreement at the discounted price of $150.

The previously approved cabinet refinishing and electrical outlet work remains under the existing $2,100 agreement and will be completed during the same reserved project window.

Approximately 10 to 12 gallons of paint, standard project materials and supplies are included. Floors and adjacent surfaces will be protected with paper, plastic and masking materials, particularly during ceiling painting. Final cleanup and removal of project protection are included.
