Our standard booking requirement can be higher. For this project, only 25% is required because no major equipment rental or material purchase is required before arrival and we already own the necessary equipment.

The exact location and extent of conditions inside a closed wall cannot be fully confirmed before access is created. Additional affected areas may be discovered once the wall cavity is opened.
Access openings will be limited to areas reasonably necessary to inspect and perform the agreed work. The number and size of access areas may change depending on conditions discovered inside the wall.
If conditions are discovered that require work outside the agreed scope, the condition will be documented and discussed with the client before additional work or charges are authorized.
The service is intended to remove accessible odor sources and treat accessible affected materials. Because odors may originate from concealed or inaccessible areas, complete odor elimination cannot be guaranteed during the initial service.
This project is a repair, cleanup, and restoration service. 800 Handy is not certifying that the property is free of rodents or other pests. Active infestation, extermination, entry-point identification, and pest-control treatment should be handled by the client's appropriately licensed pest-control provider.
If opening the wall reveals extensive contamination, substantial nesting, widespread droppings, multiple carcasses, major affected insulation, HVAC involvement, or another condition materially beyond the anticipated scope, work in the affected area may be paused so the appropriate specialized professional can evaluate the condition.
Premium includes additional cleaning, disinfection, sanitization, and odor-remediation treatment of accessible affected surfaces. Occupants must remain outside the treatment area or home for the specified two-hour precautionary period following treatment, subject to the instructions for the products used.
The client provides the matching finish paint. 800 Handy supplies the other included materials and painting labor. Existing texture, aging, sheen, previous repairs, and paint condition can affect the visibility of a repaired area, so an exact invisible match cannot be guaranteed.
Selecting a preferred date does not by itself reserve the appointment. The date is secured after availability is confirmed by 800 Handy and the required 25% booking payment is completed.
