We reviewed the apartment with one goal in mind, finding the most practical way to give the property a clean, consistent refresh today while making future rental maintenance easier.
The apartment is approximately 1,498 sq ft. Using standard approximately 8 to 9 ft ceiling heights, we estimate approximately 4,045 sq ft of paintable wall surface.
Some walls may look like they only need a touch up today. Once we repaint the visibly worn areas, however, older walls beside them can immediately start to look dirty or faded by comparison.
For that reason, we recommend refreshing all walls in the same existing color. Keeping one color also lets us plan for approximately one coat, or what we call one coat and a half where additional coverage is required.
Normal rental wear and standard cosmetic preparation are included within the surfaces being painted.

Twenty five percent books the project and begins the documentation process, twenty five percent is due when work begins, and the remaining fifty percent is due when the agreed scope is complete.
